Step 1. Find someone of the opposite sex
Step 2. Have sex with this person
Step 3. You or the other person may get pregnant, depending on which is the woman.
Step 4. If a baby is conceived you will have to wait 9 mths and then you go to the hospital and a baby will be born.

Well first, you will need to correct your grammar...so that way the person who you want to have a baby with understands you.
And if the person you are trying to get pregnant by understands you already because they speak like that as well....then step 2 would be to buy a box of condoms and use them like there is no tomorrow.

First off, it takes gramatical skill. First, go back to school and get more of an English backround, then try for a baby, because you sound way too dumb to be having a child.

If you mean conception, try trying when you are at your lowest, some times when you feel off sex, that can be the best time. Ovulation can be painful and make you feel down.
