What is the problem?

Any spoked wheel will need periodic maintenance. Spokes need to be tightened and wheels trued.
If one rides really hard ( heavy on the throttle) more frequently.
If spokes are over tightened they can break, truing wheels is an art and best left to those with lots of practice.
