medical help?

ive been on the contraceptic injection for about 4months now and they normally last 3months so im on my secound round, ive been told that you can still bleed during the first few injections but on my first one i only had one normal peroid, which was okay, but now that im on my secound round about a month into it i have had a two week heavy peroid and stopped for a few days, but now im getting weak bleeding,
Why is that my first one was okay but the secound round has been unsuccessful.

I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to let them know what is going on to see what they think about this.
