A World Map is supposed to give you every single country in the World, go to a prestigious entity like NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC - MAPS or ATLAS...or even go to a bookstore like Barnes and Nobles and I am sure you will find
World Maps that include even the recently independent countries of the old Soviet Empire well identified.

It's either because you are looking at an old or innacurate map or you are looking for countries that don't really exist yet except perhaps in your mind. Georgia, Somalia, Estonia and Armenia are shown on all modern political maps by reputable cartographers.

On every map you should see the name of ALL independant countries, including Armenia, Georgia (not the one in the US). All the other countries you're talking about are not indépendant. So they are not states, with their own law, parliement...
