LOL, a trick question. James Earl Carter, I believe would make the best president, because he would know how to end the Palestinian -- the Israeli conflict. It is often said, that this is the key to peace in the Middle East and it's certainly worth a try.

Ironic, but I do not think any criminal would should be president. Oh wait, I forgot about Nixon and Clinton. At least they became criminals after they became president and not before.
