The obvious loser is Miami who passed on Quinn. If thats not bad enough they made it even worse when they took Ted Ginn.
There were a few tied in my book. One is the New England Patriots. They had many picks got some talent, and adding Moss was just another benifit. I also look at Clevland who gave up alot, but got Quinn and Thomas. My final winner is da Bills. They filled 2 key needs by getting Lynch and Pozluzny, who should have gone much higher.

Winners (in no particular order) include:
Ravens - They picked up a ton of players that not only are good in their own right but fit their systems like a glove. Troy Smith, Marshall Yanda and Prescott Burgess were steals;
Bills - Hard to argue against a draft with Marshawn Lynch, Paul Posluszny, Trent Edwards, Dwayne Wright AND John Wendling;
Lions - They got the best player in the draft in Calvin Johnson, and got a bunch of good players in Drew Stanton, Ikaika Alama-Francis and Manuel Ramirez;
Jaguars - They addressed their needs at safety, WR, DT and LB and other positions in a very strong way without having to reach to do it (with the possible exceptions of WR Mike Walker and P Adam Podlesh);
Losers (in no particular order) include:
Bengals - Leon Hall will be an average CB in the league, Kenny Irons won't stay any healthier than Chris Perry, and Matt Toeaina will not solve their run-stopping woes;
Texans - Amobi Okoye will be good someday (probably by the time he's old enough to vote), but the team once again waited until the 5th round to address the offensive line & IMHO gave up too much for career backup Matt Schaub;
Colts - Everyone they drafted except Tony Ugoh (who will not be a left tackle in the NFL) and Quinn Pitcock (who doesn't have a built-in position in the Colts' defense) were reaches on most value boards out there;
Giants - They wait till the 4th round to get a LB & the 6th round to get an O-lineman, and their first rounder, Aaron Ross, comes up short in experience and the fluidity needed to be a shutdown CB.

i imagine the winners are the Bengals. Andre Smith is plausible yet under no circumstances had an argument on the sphere. Ray Mauluga must have lengthy gone contained in the first and is now along with his previous teammate Keith Rivers. Plus they were given Michael Johnson a really gifted guy who might want to have lengthy gone early contained in the 2d. Plus a wide possibility with dissimilar time felon Benard Scott who had 39 finished td's in his junior 12 months in Div II. i imagine the losers are the Raiders for obtrusive causes. Bey isn't a great participant and Al Davis gained't ignore about this mistake. There 2d round %. Michael Mitchell develop into not even rated on espn and that they had rankings for another participant drafted.

Winner was Ted Ginn Jr. He will make a mint from being picked that high. Dolphins lose. They should have taken Brady Quinn. Yeah they got a QB but REACHED for Ginn with no guarantee a QB would be there. Even when they picked, Sidney Rice, Dwayne Jarrett and Steve Smith were still on the board. I bet Rice and Jarrett both out play Ginn next year.
My Falcons won. Four guys who should start. Their only shortcoming was that they needed a DT and didn't get one.

Oh man...my Steelers blew it. The 1st round pick of Timmons was good, we need a replacement for Porter. I wanted Pitt CB Darrelle Revis...darn you NY Jets.
I really wanted Ryan Kalil at C but he wasn't valuable enough to be taken at #15 and I thought there was no way he'd be around in the middle of the second round. I couldn't believe it when he was! And then...Tomlin doesn't pick him! Argh! And a punter!? Gardocki is good! (Granted, this punter Sepulveda was one of the best punters in NCAA history apparently, so I guess he's got that going for him.
We didn't even draft a center.
Oh, and why not grab Troy Smith in the late rounds? You never know...
Overall I give the Steelers a D in the Draft. I think they'll come out losers.
I can't believe the Browns pulled Joe Thomas and Brady Quinn. If those two develop to their potential (IF) then the Browns will be a greatly improved team. A+ Browns.

Falcons win - Jamaal Anderson can rush and they snatched Justin Blalock, an instant o-line starter, and Chris Houston, a great CB.
Cowboys win- they get a likely top-15 pick next year and draft anthony spencer, who was their target pick all along.
Browns win- Joe Thomas and Brady Quinn are great starters.
Lions win- Drafting the best player in the draft, Calvin Johnson, and giving Johnson a future passer and Jon Kitna someone to teach.
Losers:
Redskins- their only 1 first-day pick goes to someone who probably won't start ahead of Pierson Prioleau because of pass coverage concerns. Their next pick was 5th round and these later-day picks didn't fill their huge holes.
Titans- didn't really provide Vince Young with proven help. WR is still a pretty huge hole, defense will be improved a bit, but Young receives no assistance.

The winners of the draft has to be the Cleveland Browns.
The losers I have to say a tie with Green Bay Packers or Miami Dolphins

Biggest winner is the Vikings. They got Adrian Peterson, and Sidney Rice. They had the number run d last year, so they definately got a good draft. Losers- Chargers, not because they did bad, but because they could've done better. They picked Craig Davis over Sidney Rice, Steve Smith, and Dwayne Jarrett.

Patriots have to be the big winners. Holy heck. Their coach is a genius.
49ers come in second in terms of adressing team needs. They're walking into the 07 season vastly improved and looking like playoff contenders. Considering that they were worst in the league two years ago and you have to consider that Nolan might also be a genius.
Dolphins are the big loosers, but then, I always think the Dolphins are loosers.
