NOTHING IS WRONG

I don't see anything wrong with being 48 and never married. Maybe it wasn't meant to be that you should OR should not remain single? No one knows this for sure, pure speculation.

To some people who may think you are wasting days away without trying for a relationship/ marriage/ kids, but that is just 'assumption'.

Perhaps some folks are trying to 'nudge' you in hinting, you do stand a chance for relationship/ marriage......There is no such thing as 'hopeless' romantic, just don't LOOK TOO HARD out there for your ideal mate.

If you are happy with the way things are going in your direction, and people are meddling about your lifestyle, just simply say that you don't need someone to make all decisions for you, ONLY YOU make those DECISIONS!

Enjoy your life fully with best of happiness and wild adventures to cherish at heart!

There's nothing wrong; you just haven't met the right person yet..Don't give up some of the most stable marriages are among couples over 40.because they love and appreciate each other more and by then they have all ready gone through their mid life crisis and are ready to settle down..

Don't despair you will find love when you are not looking..

Nothing, I was 52 before I got married. My husband was 61. Both for the first time. Neither one of us ever thought we'd marry anyone. Careers were a big factor.

There's nothing wrong with it, if that's what you want. You probably are not going to have the joy and travail that goes along with raising a family and putting the kids through college, but not everyone wants that. Or grandkids.

I wouldn't care to live alone all those years myself, but different people want different things. Enjoy!

there is nothing wrong with that, but it would be strange if you were 48 and a virgin! I think I and use the people would start raising eyebrows!

Nothing whatsoever. There's no law saying that a person has to marry (or have children, or do anything else that society often seems to expect of us). Live your own life as you see fit, and don't worry about what others might think of it.

i find nothing wrong with that at all! my mom was married at one time or another, and shes been now single for at least 15 years now and she is happy. with her being single she was able to put me through college without having to pay because shes a single parent, and other perks occurred due to her status. so keep doing YOU and having fun being single. i know i am as well! =)
