I have terrible trouble sleeping, i lay there for ages and my mind just wont stop, so many things go round in my head.
Then ill sleep 2 hours and im awake again i , then i toss and turn till its 5 oclock and time to get up.
Im on the go all day long with my children and i just dont be able to shut my mind down.

Alternate.... some nights it's all about tossing and turning, and then other nights i just sleep like a baby.

Since I got myself a bf I've been tossing and turning all night. I am just not used to sleeping with somebody, been always sleeping alone and I guess I got spoiled. It's great to be all alone in your big comfy bed.
Don't get me wrong, I like to sleep with my bf, its just that I haven't used to it.

I toss and turn alot but I'm also pregnant. I guess that doesn't help much

I have no trouble getting to sleep - I just don't get enough sleep. However, on the one night a year when I can't get to sleep easily, it is purgatory and I really sympathise with people who have this problem regularly.
