I ocassionally dip into mine . I dont have a lot in there but if i am in the need for milk or bread and we are low on funds I have dipped into the change jar alright , comes in handy in a pinch

no one is allowed to take from it when it gets full we take it to the supermarket as there is a machine there that will calculate all the change then we have the option of cashing it in for money (if we need it) or put it towards the food for that day...

Yep, I and my son take change out of it all the time, then once a year, before the family reunion, I let my son take all the money out and take to CoinStar to get it converted into bills, for his spending money

We only take money out of the change jar to tip the delivery driver if we don't have enough cash!!!!

we can take money out -- as long as when we get the money we "pay back the jar" and u have to put in the whole amount + a little more

I am allowed to take money out once it's full. I take it to the bank, change it for bills and then, go shopping.

Depends.
If the change is for a specific purchase, trip, etc. then it stays.
If the jar is just a place to corral loose change, then it's okay to spend it.

We put in and take out all the time. In our house it's mainly used for the kid's lunch money any way!
