Can anybody give me some idea about what is meant by an online interview and what are the formalities associated with it? I have no idea at all about this. Is an interview taken over mobile phone a kind of online interview?

It's a prescreening tool that a lot of companies are going to. There are no right or wrong answers, but it does help the employer to match up the best candidates to the attributes they are looking for. Think a little before you answer, I am not saying be dishonest by any means...but think in terms of the position and what you believe they expect in the personality and attributes of the candidate. I say it isn't lying because for example...for a laid back job, they would look for more laid back answers and for a hard nosed...etc., you get the point. Good luck!

I consider Hymna. this is a rip-off !!!! those human beings can not spell and their grammar is undesirable. a appropriate organization will in no way make those errors. I even have gained multiple emails from "Oil agencies", whom all seem to get my info from Monster Gulf, and that all of them have the comparable questionnaires. be careful of those fools and take suggestion from Hymna. they are Nigerian based and purely want your money.
