I just got some baby bumblebee gobies. They are so small! what should I feed them?

Ordinary flake food for the next 6-8 weeks until they grow a little bigger for small pellets and their favourite brine shrimp.

Live baby brine shrimp would be the best option at least at first. Later you can start feeding frozen brine shrimp.
