I'm a female so I'm gonna say the shorts, tank, and Jeep. It's a little more sensible than a short skirt. Like Mick said a short skirt is easy access. To me depending on how short the skirt is, which I'm assuming you mean SHORT, it just tells a man your asking for it.

Well, I wouldn't find either of them sexy because I am a heterosexual female so I asked my boyfriend his opinion. He said definitely the woman wearing the short skirt in a convertible would by far be the sexiest. When I asked him why, he said, "Well, the one in the jeep has a top on."
I then asked why it was sexier for a woman to be driving in a topless car. He said "I'm not talking about the car. The woman in the convertible is the one who is topless because she is just wearing a short skirt while the other woman is wearing short shorts AND a tank top."
