Generally speaking, a 14 year old is still a child and should only be making limited, simple decisions. Forteen is not old enough to make any big decisions, that job is up to the parents that guide and protect her. That being said, it would depend on certain factors, as in what she is rejecting. If she has been through a lot of treatments and she knows for a fact that it is not doing any good, fighting an unwinnable war so to speak, then I would definitely try to hear what she is saying, it IS ultimately her quality of life that is under consideration.

This is a philosophical question, not a psychological one. That being said a fourteen year old isn't of legal age and wouldn't be able to make such a decision. That would fall to her parent/legal guardian.

I'd refer to ACT Utilitarianism on this one... Consider the circumstances for this one unique situation and go from there. If forcing the treatment on the girl is going to maximize good and minimize bad then it would be ethical.

yes, since she is not mature enough to understand the ramifications of her actions, and even if she were, she's a minor, so her parent's or guardians would ultimately make the final choice. It would be unethical for her decision to be allowed to possibly end her life, as it in part is based on immaturity and emotion.

its really not her decision to make. she is just a child of course it is ethical to force it on her. when she is 18 she may make her own decision.

Rape is rape, so yes... Anyone who rapes another person (male/male, female/male, female/female) should be under the jail. Stop perpetuating nonsense, many liberals do not condone or make excuses for rape or sexual violence... It's usually the radical Right that tries to find reasons not to prosecute (i.e. "She shouldn't have dressed that way", "That's what men do", "It (a woman being attacked by a man/vice versa) is not 'as bad' as 'homosexual' rape").
