hippie-ish, creative thinking book from the 70's. It had lots of illustrations, and the cover had a photo of an eye. In the book, I remember a chapter about real-eyes and realize. It was a weird book but I loved it and want to own it again. Does anyone know what book I'm talking about, what its title is, and /or where I can find it now?

I'm pretty sure the copyright date was 1972 or something close.

I think if nobody here can help your best bet is to google various things about the book you know (or think u know): for example,

60s book Reflections
book cover EYE

see what comes up

It sounds somehow like a 60s-ish book, but who knows what the title could be.
