I go to a tanning bed regularly and don't use any lotion while tanning anymore because i thought that had something to do with it, but they still are turning yellow...

u can buy uv protective topcoats at your local beauty supply store to put on your nails, or they can apply it at the salon where u have your nails done...

well..I agree with the nail covers but i will say that you should probably be careful how much you tan. Not only will too much tanning make your skin like that of an alligator by the time your 40...it's ruining your nails.

Your tanning salon should have nail covers specifically made to cover your finger tips. I use them-they are made of rubber and cover your nails. They usually cost anywhere from $7-$15. They work great!

It's hard to do, actually. One tip that I can give you, though is to not use the tanning lotion that has a bronzer in it. That can cause them to yellow even faster.

yes u go to the nail salon and they put a certain kind of nail polish on your nails

They shouldn't yellow if you keep polish on them especially a base coat.

while you are taning you should cover the nails whith plastic paper stuff and it wont turn yellow

USE LOTION! This can really increase your chance of skin cancer if you don't. I also hope your using eye protection :)
