Glamour in a good movie works well not in all the movies
Its one of the aspect to attract certain group of people..

If it is the only thing that makes a movie successful all the glamorous movies would be topping the box office charts...

U should even know that there are successful movies without much glamour isn't that.....................?

To let u know this is just my point of view remaining left to u all to agree or disagree...

I think films glamorize -- that is, put a handsome sheen on -- almost everything they touch. It can be a film about grubby 3rd world dope dealers or a film about ancient people or a film about space travel, and film's default position is to put a crisp, good look on it, with sharp cinematography, and optimal artistic lighting. I think it's a byproduct of the technicians and artists who work on films. Have a painter paint an opium den, a brothel or a pig sty, and it will be almost always wind up somehow attractive. These people aren't editorial writers or sermon makers. They want to make something that looks and feels good to them as artists and technicians.

By glamour do you mean attractive women? If yes, then yes it is almost expected to get men to go to that movie.
