what happens if it took the last pill instead of the first one for birth control pills?

If oyu took the marked ones in the pack, you have nothing to worry about EXCEPT the fact that you have none of the chemical in your system. THe last pills in a marked pack are there just to get you to remember to take them. They are NOT the right meds.

Simply start at the beginning and you will be fine. Call a pharmacist for clarity on this.

Aren't the last pills in the pack usually during a woman's cycle? If so, then I'd say take two the next day as if you actually missed one. Refer to your pill pack. If you don't want to risk getting pregnant, I'd use a back up method for awhile too.
