Yes you can do:
By default, MS Word documents are single-spaced, which is great for most of what we do. But, what about that small percentage of documents where you need things double-spaced?

Hi!
It's really easy to do! Simply highlight the area you want to double space and then select 'Format' (from the top), then Paragraph and then in the 'spacing' area there is a sub-header called 'Line Spacing' select 'Double' and voila!

The quickest way would be to use the 'find and replace'.

Finish your document. Go to the top.

Click EDIT - REPLACE.

In the FIND line, put a single space.
In the REPLACE line, put TWO spaces.

You can replace them all at once, or go through and replace just those you choose to.

Yes...in the right hand of the tool bar is a line spacing with an arrow going up and down.

Yes.Click Ctrl+A and then when all is highlighted click Ctrl+2.That should make your document double spaced and after that Ctrl+arrow down.Best wishes

Just type without spacing then hit F7 which will automatically does it for you.
