India is a good team and its not possible to ban them. All the big sponsors are from India so you can imagine what would be the impact on the cricket game.
I think the members of the board should be the cricketers not the politician crooks who can't even handle the bat properly. The interference of the polticians in the cricket game is responsible for the failure of Indian cricket team.

Instead of Banning the cricket or Cricket team... they should ban everyone except players /Commentators for managing any Sports Body even BCCI. It means BCCI or state boards should run by ex -cricketers.
A cricketers can only understand what to do for improving. These politician just want power and to make money.
Domestic cricket condition is so bad.. although BCCI is the richest body.
People like Viswanath, Kapil Dev , Gavasker, Srikant, Brijesh Patel, Ajit wadekar or other ex cricketers should be running BCCI.They will be at least better than these politician or businessman.

It will be a sad day for India if cricket is ever banned, and not only for India but the world. We love to watch India play and they have some really good players (past and present). For the sake of the game and our enjoyment of it, nothing like that should ever happen!

No, it shouldn't.
Particularly because India brings in about half of the ICC's total income.
If India had no cricket team, the great talents of Umrigar, Bedi, Kapil Dev, Mohinder Amarnath, Azharuddin, Tendulkar, Dravid and many, many more would never have been seen in action at the highest level.
India should have a better cricket team than they do, and you wouldn't have seen me crying when they lost to Bangladesh in the World Cup, but they should still have a team ...

Nope !! I don't see any reason of banning them.....Its a fun to have indian team in cricket...........oh and Just suppose if india somehow manage to ban cricket there...this forum would be deserted for sure....as there is huge contributions from indians here .........!!but anyways !

I do not find any reason for banning cricket in India and even if somebody want to ban it, it will be fundamentally wrong decision..
