boilinng temprature of primary alkyl ammine is higher than corresponding hydrocarbons , alkyl halides but lower than corresponding alcohols
eg: methan < methyl choride

Anything with -NH2 or -OH can hydrogen bond, but alcohols do it better.
CH3Cl is polar, but methane itself is not.
