I am young and financial strapped at the moment so I do not have alot of money for start up cost, but who can I get to make my deisgns?

The fashion industry, as you can well imagine, is a very competitive one. To succeed takes knowledge, patience, talent and a bit of luck. As far as the knowledge bit goes, I found some sources that will assist you further.

You might want to think about bartering your skills or time for someone who can make your designs for you. I would get a list of designers near your area and offer them a trade. Another possibility is to have a college student working in the design field help you get them done. They made need the experience for the degree and won't charge much at all. In fact you could sketch for them possibly.

Buy a sewing machine and make them yourself.
You can market them on myspace and youtube, and sell them on ebay. Bam, insta-business.
