pepper spray is not legal, but it is for pvssy's anyway. if you really want to fvck them up try and get some proper CS spray, i'm sure you could find it somewhere online. that sh!t will put the toughest cvnt on his knees.

You need to ask the police in your area, as it's illegal in many places.
You need to consider your actions carefully. Your comment that you want to "bust them up next time they come" indicates you want to be combative and that can get you beat up big time.
There are better ways of dealing with druggies. You know, the police may have an officer who can give you some really good suggestions as to how to deal with druggies.

The latter is possible (i.e. presence of drug addicts in your place of work), the former (possessing pepper spray) is illegal and it is inadvisable for a common man to possess and use! Let the law enforcing authority deal with the drug problem at place of work!

You'd need to check with your local police about legality of carrying pepper spray, different localities have different ordinances. Spraying someone with pepper spray if they aren't attacking you can get your butt in jail for assault though, keep that in mind before spraying anyone. And spraying someone with pepper spray that might have a friend with a gun, might not be such a hot idea.

In the UK, yes.. it would be classed as a weapon, so if stopped and it is found, then you could, and would, be arrested. Just call the police..
