YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!! Formula can make a HUGE difference. Not sure if were you are from and what brands you have, but for my nephew my sister had him on Similac, and he was VERY pukey. She knew the formula wasn't agreeing with him, the spit up was almost curdled only a minute or two after eating. So, she switched him to Nestle Good Start, and he didn't spit up at all....except for the odd time when he was wiggled around too much or whatever after feeding. That would have been mom's fault and not his though! LOL
I hope this helps...I know it made my nephew one happy baby!! Good luck!

Sometimes it will. Depends on what's causing the spitting up. Sometimes the formula causes it, but occasionally a different nipple or bottle might be your solution. Just make sure the baby isn't getting a lot of air in with the formula.

Changing the formula imo will not help. My baby was a professional spitter-upper. Nothing worked. Keep cloths & towels nearby to cleanup, and wait for the magical age of 6 months or so when the baby should grow out of it. Also, solids didn't help keep him from spitting. Mention it to the doctor as sometimes these cases are reflux.

no, the reason why your baby is spitting up is because you need to burp him/her. If you dont burp your baby they will spit up

occasionally that can help, but first you need to make sure you're burping the baby well enough. It's more often a matter of not burping the baby enough.

My nephew was spitting up his entire bottle and began to have horrible diarrhea. We switched him to Enfamil A.R. which is supposed to reduce spit up. The doctor said he was allergic to the other kind. If there is a considerable amount of spitup I would ask your doctor about Enfamil A.R.

try Dr. Brown Bottles - they reduce the air that baby sucks in - also feed in an upright rather than laying position and burb frequently
