How do I get rid of the "TODO" add-on that requires me to run an ActiveX Control?

I suggest (1) or (2) below

1) Switch to Firefox (it's incapable of running Active-X :-) )

2) When the pop-up appears, use Alt-Ctrl-Del to discover what tasks are running ... from here track down the software and delete it (things like 'HiJack This' can help you discover where the s/w is hiding)
