at school most of the instant messaging sites are blocked including msn hotmail and meebo, are there any other sites, maybe less well known, that they may not have blocked that i can instant message and check emails on because the internet at home is off and not working i must do this at school, expecting inportant email. thanks:)

i don't mean sites that cancel out the security settings, i mean alternate sites that you can sign into msn with, like meebo, that you sign into with your msn address and can talk. go onto www.meebo.com thats the sort of thing im talking about, but i need a less well known one that they probably won't have blocked.

I don't know if you'll get to read this because it is down so far on the page but using proxy websites are not reccommended. I know in some schools, suspension can be issued. Also, depending on what you are using them for, they can also be illegal. Hackers sometimes use these to gain unauthorised access to systems.

Ask your network administrator at school I am sure if you explain a good reason for using a proxy he just might give you one.... But most likely he wont so study your school work and stop trying to use the internet as some type of fun free time or to get on Myspace. do your school work.

i take advantage of words like, gonna, lemme, gimme, kinda and regularly i'm getting lazy and charm in all lowercase letters notwithstanding it extremely is as undesirable because it receives...he,he. i'm wierd about punctuation although. For some reason i can't go away commas, apostrophes and citation marks out. particularly a lot, i want to form the way I communicate...that is kinda what I do right here! ;o)

Well youn could always find out the IP address of the site you want to go onto, such as MSN2go and copy and paste that into the browser, sometimes filters for websites only detect the domain name and not the IP address.
For example.. the IP address for MSN2go is:
75.126.205.130
We used to copy and paste that into the web browser, it might still work. Good luck.
