AVG Free is the best anti-virus out there right now. Norton is total junk, uses up a lot of system resources and you have to pay for it. Avast is also a good free anti-virus. You can download AVG from the link below. There is absolutely no spyware and it is completely free.

AVG Free edition. It's the BEST free antivirus program out there. Even better than some you have to actually pay for like Norton. You can get it here:

AVG Free. It offers a free version and a version that costs money I think. It is very easy to use. It is not complicated at all. I'm sorry I cannot give you the URL, but type in AVG anitvirus into the search box and you will find it.
