Taco Bell is my favorite, but my town currently doesn't have one so i eat at KFC at least 2 times a day.

No, regardless of whether or not they use trans fats, because KFC's chicken is genetically modified, and Taco Bell's meat is grade D.
Just because they don't have trans fats, they are still loaded in saturated fats, and super high in calories.
Also, I'm a vegetarian... who goes to Taco Bell to get a salad? lol

Well for me I would more likely to eat both because I was raised up on eating Taco Bell and KFC but if I had to pick which one that I would eat now I would say that I would eat Taco Bell.

for me it would be KFC. Dont get me wrong i love taco bell, but i get the worst gas and heartburn when i eat their food. Plus i like chicken over taco bell food any day.

KFC. I wouldn't eat at Taco Bell if they were giving the food away. If I want Mexican food I will go to a Mexican restaurant or make it myself at home.

It depends on my mood. My kids love KFC, I like Taco Bell sometimes. I am glad that they both made the switch, it's good for everyone.
