Buy an earwash at the pharmacy. It's a syringe and a saline solution that you can use to flush your ears with. Do NOT use vinegar and alcohol like some idiot above suggested!

well, cause you might be shoving the sand further into your ear canal. I think i used to use Sweet Oil, I'm not sure of the name correctly, but i would warm it up in a glass of real hot water for about 1 minute, or you could warm it in the microwave for about 5 seconds, then pour it in your ear, but make sure it's not too hot. Then let it sit for about a minute or 2 and hold a kleenex on the top of your ear and let it drain out.

There are bulb shaped ear irrigators to flush out your ears. Go to a drug store like Walgreens and see the ear wax remover stuff.

Know what? Call a general practioner or and ear doctor and talk to their nurse. I'm sure she can advise over the phone.

Us a squirt bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Gently squirt a little in, holding your head sideways.

Turn your head and let it drain out. Don't get it on your hair.
