In some states you have to wait a month or so, so you should check with your local laws. But in most you can marry as soon as your divorce is final. Though personally I'd wait a while the wounds are still fresh from the first one. Also there are many states that require you provide the orginal copy signed by the judge which is mailed to you before you can be married again no matter how long you have been divorced. I remarried after almost 13 yrs and had to provide the orginal copy signed by the judge before I did

Time isn't a reliable indicator for an annulment. If she had a clergyman carry out the marriage whilst he became great drugged up and he did no longer opt to be married then that does qualify for an annulment because of the fact it became compelled or one party became under the effect.
