Not when I grill a steak. . .when I grill a steak, I make a marinade with soy sauce, bourbon and spices. But when I broil a steak, I use garlic butter. . .yummy.

Can't say I ever have, but I do mix a little red wine, garlic, onions, and pepper and marinate it
