I totally understand where you are coming from. What you don't understand is that some girls like to be swept off there feet over, over, and over again. Some girls are in love with love. More than likely the girl your talking about is not ready for any kind of serious relationship. When a girl is wanting a "break" more than likely she is going to see if there is anyone better than you, or if there is any man that can sweep her off of her feet better than you can. I think that it would be in your best interest to let her go. If she loved you, and wasn't confused, and looking for something else she wouldn't want a "BREAK".

I always cringe when people say, I need a break. There are only two reasons you need a break, and especially from perfection: 1. low self esteem (scared to be happy)2. he's somthering you. So look for the signs, does she always talk down on herself. If she has low self esteem, she's probably scared your to good to be true. If you've been smothering her she probably wants to regain alittle bit of her independence. Not always a bad thing you have to find even ground. Also, if she's scared things are moving to quickly just give her a break and let her call you when she misses you!

Some girls think they know what they want until it is right there in front of their face and they realize that maybe this isn't what they want for the rest of their life.
Those are the girls that haven't lived their lives and are still trying to see if anything better is out there for them.
I was once this type of girl. Then I grew up and realized a great thing that I lost in a certain man. Some of us don't know what we have until its gone.

It's just the dynamics of things...women always want what they don't have...."ONLY" when they haven't matured into a women or hasn't experienced a dramatic situation in relationships to help the appreciate a "Good" man when they have it...you may have came into her life at the wrong time, buddy.
Sorry, hope you find the women whose on the same page as you.

Well , the sweeping can be over done.
You're probably making a fool of yourself trying and she doesn't like it.
Why don't you just be nice to her and let her see you mean well? We can see if the actions are from the heart or just a big put on.

There is a fine line between being swept off your feet and being smothered. You have to know when to back off and you will have the perfect relationship ( most times anyway.....:) )

I agree with Avalon-You should ask her. She could be cowering because she knows no one is perfect and she could get hurt, but thats one possibility out of millions, so really, ask her.

guys do it too, when things are going to good they up and run. she might think it is too good to be true, and she doesn't deserve it. Only asking her will you find your true answer.
