I got part of the clue from this morning, but not all of it. The part about "Ann holds it down when some of us hit the road", I'm guessing means that he will be at a fort somewhere since she holds down the "fort" when Al Roker is "On the Road With Al Roker". I don't know what languages Clare speaks. If we could find that out, we could probably make an educated guess.

They stole this feature from PBS, and have not the same class at doing it, it's like a self awarding thing kinda like self abusing themselves, bring back katie, and have her replace Rosy.

If you know the whole clue you will know it is NOT IN THE U.S. I think he will be somewhere where there is a major fort or something, but I am not sure. I think it will be France, Japan, or Germany.
