Did you mean to say "kissing a boy yesterday on my bed"?
If yes, than he is either gay or just experimenting with his friend, although thats usually what girls do, straight guys usually dont experiment unless they are bi-curious or bi-sexual.
If you saw him kissing a girl, then he is straight unless he does other things to make you think that he might be gay.

Kissing a girl does not indicate he is gay. It means he is probably straight,
If you saw him kissing a guy then that would be an indication that he might be gay.
Tell him to use his own bed for that and keep off yours.
