i am selling my old computer to get a new one and i want to know how much it is worth in $$$$ (not how much i can sell it for). anyway the stats are:
dell dimension E310 base bought about september of 06.
3+ GHz P4 processor, 2Gb ram, 80 Gb HDD, 128Mb onboard video memory, 19" CRT monitor, slim keyboard &optical mouse, and whatever else is standard for this model. within that time i have taken the time to upgrade it with: Radeon X1300 with 128Mb onboard and 512 shared; remarkably the only pci-e X1 in existence, it also added a pci tv tuner card that costed about 45$, and a Creative X-Fi extreme music sound card to provide a great music experience which costed around 95$.

anyway, taking all this into acount, how much is this computer worth (not including any speakers)?

My guess is $400-$500 max. The problem is that (although you have a nice set up there) you can get a new one for $800-$1000.
