someone asked if the democrats were going to issue an apology for the US being attacked on 9/11. I responded to the person who the question by saying that I thought the question was very clever, and then said I was going to add them to my favorites. I received a notice from Yahoo that I had done something against the rules...can someone please enlighten me?

Gladly --- I get them all the time. I expect this will get deleted and I'll get another report.

Yahoo is the most liberal slanted site on the net next to CNN.com

Any time you post a comment that differs from their liberal agenda it mysteriously disappears and you have "violated" some fictitious policy.

Patricia, I do not know why Yahoo gave you a violation. I got one for a question I had asked. But when I went back and actually read the guidelines I saw for myself what I had done. It is not intention that gets you into trouble around here it is actual words. Now I am a democrat and I did not do anything for which to apologize to anyone regarding 9/11. I missed the question that asked this -- if you would not mind could you please elaborate a little? Why would any democrats be needing to issue an apology??

It probably looked a little too much like personal communication to the Yahoo gods. That being said, it seems as though Yahoo has a tiny bit of center/right bias, if not outright conservative bias. The cons ask these insulting, stupid questions all day and night, but never get violations, whereas if a liberal looks at a con cross-eyed, he/she gets a violation.

They reported you - make sure to respond to yahoo to let them know that they need to take into account the intent of the questioner, and that your response was most likely appropriate considering that the asker was purposefully attempting to get emotional responses.

I have had three yahoo! accounts cancelled because of ******* reporting my posts.

You didn't answer the question and you were chatting with the asker.

Although technically you broke the rules, it's pretty sad that someone would report you for that.
