hire a guy to seduce her and then sue for divorce on grounds of her being unfaithful.

~Normally I would say talk to your wife etc. and if all else fails seek professional help. BUT you seem pretty hell bent on this and you do not sound happy at all with your current situation.
*If you are not satisfied, then you have no reason to stay in that marriage. And whether she likes it or not, you need to go down and file those divorce papers...plead your case to the courts and explain why you feel you should not be married anymore to that woman.*
.I mean I'm not sure of the legalities but I don't know if you'd be right to tell the court that "If I don't get out of this marriage I will commit adultery sooner or later, because I am just not satisfied anymore with her."
.I'm not sure how effective that would be...but you should consult someone (lawyer maybe?) before blurting something like that out.

Contact a divorce lawyer that will give you a free first consultation. In fact, try a couple to see if their advice matches. Get yourself prepared ahead of time. Start stashing away $ if that's a problem, so you will have it in case yours gets frozen by the courts until the matter's resolved. There's ways around her.

File for divorce yourself and let the court handle it. You don't need a spouses permission to divorce them

These days she doesn't have to cooperate in order for you to get one. File and the Judge will take care of the rest.

You go to the lawyer your self. Then get someone to hand her the papers. If you don't think you guys can work it out. If you have kids please make it a clean divorce.
