Those were unfortunate members of RUACC. It had been decided that carrot consumption was both fattening and politically incorrect so the Rabbits united against carrot consumption -- those guys were picketing in an area where they felt sure more innocent victims of the carrot addition would see their signs and alas, they simply became too close to the street. It was a tragic situation. -k-
