It all depends on how it is said.
If the question or answer is posted with a definite racial bias then it will get a violation.
If it is posted in a way to encourage honest, open discussion it will most likely be left alone.

No I haven't noticed that. I get hassled for making true comments about Bush.

Really? I had not noticed. But then i don't frequent the political forum. If you find anything someone says offensive however, you can report them.
