Are you kidding?! Money!!! Ha ha...not really. = D
With peace of mind...which is sooo rare, there would not be much concern about anything...not even money.
Out of close to 7 billion people on this planet, I'll take a wild guess. Unless a person is comatose (and I'm not sure if they are at peace), there are probably about fifty people who are at peace. We're not counting those in cemeteries!
That's probably a generous calculation. The mind is relentless in it's work on each of us with...busy, busy craziness. It is very hard to escape this or even get a rest from it.
There are a few people who have discovered that 'following' the mind into it's labyrinth of story telling 'drama' steals their peace. Life is hectic and the mind over works everything!! They have learned to ignore the urgency/emergency impulses and let life 'unfold'...more childlike and yet astute. A difficult combination.
It probably gets easier with practice. I'm still caught up in it, but at least I'm waking up to an interesting possibility.
So, peace to you!

Peace of mind is more important, because it is an end in itself. Money is merely the means to an end. Admittedly, peace of mind includes having money, but that's not the only thing it includes. However, money is the most tangible ingredient of peace of mind, so a lot of effort is spent in its pursuit.

Peace is more important. Money is unlimited. We cant control it as because it is related with commodities and our necessities. Both they are unlimited. We dont understand which is necessary or not and even the necessary one is not always true necessary. Our mind remain always disturbed so with money.
Peace is absolutely under our controll. Its selfdependent. We are the master to regulate it. We realise and understand where is the limit of peace. Its related with nothing physical. Our mind reacts to the 'limit' we expect or need. This 'limit' may be our own real peace we generate in our mind. A monk sacrifices whatever we need.He sets up peace in his mind by just a decision. His decision involves nothing in our world of things

Peace of mind is often reached when you have not too many money worries. So I would say enough money is quite important.

Peace of mind but I think often peace of mind comes with having taken care of your money.

Money can't buy peace of mind; look at all those industrial magnates that have to have body guards for themselves and their kids etc; they are so afraid someone is going to kidnap or rob them.
A little money does help give peace of mind if you're poor, though.

Peace of mind is far more important. When you can calm your mind, anything in life can be dealt with.

Peace of mind. Isn't that why we want to acquire more money? Of course, so that we can have peace of mind and not worry about paying our bills.
