Everyone the Pats got is one a year deal, stallworth, washington, james now moss. It will take at least a year for this team to jell and even though moss is happy now he wont sign a long term deal with the pats for the kind of money(3.2mill). All bellicheck has done is given the pats one chance to win the superbowl this year before the teams is dismantled. Two years from now brady will be throwing to chad Jackson and a 44 year old troy brown. Yea the Pats will be good this year, maybe not SB good, but theve only got one shot to do it. What do you think?

let's see, they invited cancer into their team. I don't think it will payoff. Moss has lost a step and besides, Brady is a dink and dunk passer. It'll be fun to watch Moss yelling at him on the sideline.

As Belichik has always preached, one game at a time. So the one year contracts make sense to me and I think it's brilliant. Dude, you do not need to "gel" when you have the fastest and most athletic WR in the league...All Tom has to do is throw it up there and Moss will get it. Stallworth was with McNabb and in his first year he did great. How about Brees and Colston? The gel theory is a non factor. Troy Brown most likely will retire and two years from now, Bill will do what he always does, continue to plug the holes with quality guys. (see Thomas) I mean to say all Belichik has done is give the pats a chance to win the Superbowl this year is kind of crazy . First of all, what is wrong with that? Second of all, since he has come here he has given this team a chance to win every year. Why can't people finally accept how he and Poili (sp?) are masterminds as far as putting a competitive team together. Year after year they prove this. You can't predict the future. Moss may enjoy winning and change. Stallworth may change. Many people have changed under this organization. See Dillon, see Harrison, and see Cox. Winning brings out the best in you and I will not be surprised if you see a major turnaround with Moss, Stallworth, and this Merriweather kid. The locker room will make sure of that. Go Pats!

hiya colts dork.... examine the stats...you adult males are slightly on the back of the pats in superbowl wins very last time I checked( by the way, previously than you mount your uninformed comeback, i'm now not a Pats supporter). because you hadn't suggested, the Pats were doing those improvements all alongside, for this reason the justifications for handing to the Manning. do not assume a repeat this year, or perhaps besides the indisputable fact that you do come back, the Saints will take you down. Oh and Randy Moss....if he ever had the quarterback and line that Harrison had, he might want to have had the equivalent numbers. damn he merely ran a 4.28 40 the different day and he can bounce out of the stadium, does Marvin have that? Randy has suffered from being on poor communities with defective QBs, ala Dante(allow me throw it 20 yards over your head and blame you)Culpepper, and robust, damn, Oakland merely ordinary sucks. i might want to likely not sit down perfect the following and look after his lack of motivation very last year, besides the indisputable fact that the guy has unbeliveable expertise and he will be catchin balls everywhere your swiss cheese D next year. you won't be able to conceal all the Pats guns and Brady is merely what the Dr. ordered for Mr. Moss.

My man did you see who Brady was throwing to last year!? Exactly, if you say no one then you're right! This is an instant upgrade and it didn' take Dillon a year to jell plus he was had BIG character issue too so no problem there. Far as the Bowl, man they were basically locking up a berth in the big game before Moss and some could be right about them not needing him. But that big of an upgrade for the price was a bargain. Moss will more than torch his share of dbs this and get back to Pro-bowl!!! Watch!!!

I just vomited in my mouth after reading your question,LOL. The reason you are seeing pats getting these guys with one year deals is because they don't want to waste their time and money with them if they don't work out. As far as the team jelling. Did you watch football last year. We had a bunch of no name wide outs and still came a minute away from the super bowl. Randy Moss will help their offense more then any stats will prove. He will be double covered and open up the middle for Wes Welker, Troy Brown, Jabar Gaffney, Ben Watson and the backs coming out of the back field. They will have to try to cover the slot and backs with safties and linebackers. They will do well this year and continue to do well as long as Belicheck is at the helm.

if they have been contenders all of the last 6 years, what makes you think that after they "dismantle" the team, they wont reload? Do you realize that there is a draft every year? And that there are free agents every year? Bellicheck is a winner, so start worrying.

I don't know how the two biggest ego's (Belichick and Moss) will do. It could bring down a team or it could make them one of the best. Before Moss, I thought the will be the team to beat in the AFC.

You are delusional. The Pats contend every year due to superior coaching and depth. Some of the players u mentioned are good but are low-risk signings with little up front money
