What could it possibly be? If the motor is acutally bad, is it very hard to replace?

If the motor only blows at the highest speed then the problem is the always the resistor. I've seen this only a few hundred times so I'm confident in the diagnosis. This is not expensive and not hard to replace either for a competent DIY type.

The motor resistor could be bad. If you change the fuse and it still does this, get a new resistor. It is only about 20 bucks at any auto parts store.

there is only1 fuse but the problem is the balist resistor buy the new one and find the old one its behind theglove box

is not hard to replace,but do not jump to worst case scenario,may be only a fuse.(or a worse case scenario,two fuses)
