How do u grow the herb Stevia Rebaudiana?

I bought a stevia plant and i am not sure how to grow it....Also does it spread or multiply??/Do u need a certain kind of dirt and what should i fertilize it with?

Well, yes, but what may be better is to start it as a seed inside, move it out for spring/summer, and then bring back in during winters, esp. if you live somewhere with harsh winters.
