not sure what increases it, but i know for a fact that if you let a woman eat her own wedding cake... it kills her sex drive!!!

this is a myth guys...food elements like vitamins, minerals could improve the sperm generating process(spermiogenisis) but nothing can increase the drive or performance...maybe chocolate coz it have a mood enhancer (amphetamine like substance)..but to have a good mode by chocolate u'll be a small elephant!!!
or get marijuana that's more easier!!!lol

Zinc rich food will help. try oysters/rhino's horn/ soup no.5 (w/c contains testicles of some animals and some herbs)/snake bile/ a mudfish/catfish soup.These are just some of the food preperations done in sme parts of the world. if anything fails, TRY VIAGRA.

if you eat plenty of fat items it will increase but you have to excercise properly after eating fat items and also onion is the very good exspecially raw onion if eat onion it will increase both quality and quantity of sprems also but excercise and yoga is must.

Oysters can help. They have a lot of zinc in them. I've heard asparagus can help too, but I've never tried it.
