It shouldn't be a problem. Red eye Tetras aren't known as big time fin nippers, but that said it always pays to watch carefully for a few days. Each fish does have subtle personality differences and it's far from impossible for a red eye to decide to nip a bit.

They are compatable. The betta is semi-agressive but generally only bothers other bettas. The tetras are community fish (all tetras are). They may bother the neons, because they are so much smaller. Make sure that you watch the size of your aquarium, though. You may be getting it fairly crowded, which is bad. You want to only have about a 1/2 inch of fish per gallon.

yes, these are all very compatable, and ive noticed that bettas live very peacefully with other tetras. tetras are very docile, non fin nipping fish. as long as you only keep 4 or 5 of each tetra your betta will be fine. but for territory puposes you should get a 20 gallon tank with decorations and hiding spots, anything less will over crowding and thats my biggest concern.

First of all, how big is your aquarium?
You should have one inch of fish per gallon.
Sounds like you have a lot of fish in there.
Right now, you should have 11 gallons minimum for all these fish. Also, neons, tetras, and bettas all swim at the same level, making it crowded. The frog is the only one that has room for itself.

The betta should be kept seperate, they are very aggressive and will eat your other fish. But the rest of them would be great together. Just leave the betta in his own little container.

It will definitly bother your betta, if your betta doesn't bother them first. Bettas are aggressive and can't be around other fish.
