To be honest, I can't stand either.

I used to put both Oprah and Dr. Phil up on pedestals as though they were gods....thinking that everything they said was great, but over time I began to realize that Oprah is a rather confused person who is seeking to find the "truth" outside of Christianity (she is promoting the book, The Secret). And Dr. Phil has been of late trying to be politically correct rather than telling people like it really is (he used to, but he has become a softy). So I don't watch either one and I have realized that I can't live my life according to what talk show host has to say. If you think about it, just look at what Montel Williams is doing. He is totally obsessed with this psychic woman who is confusing the occult with Christianity. We need to start thinking for ourselves and turn off the tube.

I guess Oprah because she shows a variety of things from problems to cooking to health so it really never gets boring. Hey by the way, like your candy candy pic! I used to watch her all the time!!

Dr, Phil. He not only tries to help people, but his foundation does so much good that we really don't know about. He has put is money where his mouth is. Oprah has put her money in building schools in South Africa, but not a one in the USA>

I like Oprah better. I don't like Dr. Phil because whenever I watch it all he is doing is yelling at the people and that doesn't look like he is helping them. Oprah is nice. :)

My favorite would have to be Oprah. I admire her alot. She came from a poor family and worked hard to get where she is.

i like both, but oprah is better. oprah isn't there to councel people. she just lets them tell their story and then gives their opinion. every show is different. dr. phil is cool too, but it is predictable. you know he will be counceling/scolding people every episode and sometimes, i just don't want to hear that.
