Yes, this is normal. It's because...as a teenage guy, your body now has a sex hormone going through your body (started at puberty) called testosterone. This is why willy keeps standing up. It's totally natural to happen to guys.

Sounds like you hit puberty late, and must have ditched all the sex ed. classes. It's okay theres still help. It's not normal for it to turn hard you should see a doctor, a female one, and tell her she makes you hard.
