on a works cited page, do you put them in alphabetical order by the authors last name?

Yes!! The Works cited page is ALWAYS arranged alphabetically by the authors' last names and/ or the first word of the entry if there is no author.

Absolutely. If there is no author then the first word in the title must be alphabetized along with the author names. You meant MLA, right?!

Yes. Alphabetical by the author's last name. Then title, city of publication, publisher, and year.

Yes and if there are more than one by the same author you put these in chronological order.

Google "Son of Citation MAchine" and click on either MLA or APA formats and imput your info and it will do it for you.
