They want experience in whatever they support. Get
experience... then call/visit and find out how they go
about hiring. Follow their guidelines.

Get a Degree, then do a job search in that field and apply.

There are many great courses of study available, worldwide, and it doesn't hurt to earn some Certifications like MCSE, etc. too.
