everytime i use a condom i bleed and get really sore i dont know why it happens if anybody knows plz tell me ???

When I was in my teens (which I still am..i'm 19)...so..lets say...before I met the boy that i've been dating for 2 years now, i used to be very 'friendly'...
in being so 'friendly' i always made sure to have a condom on hand, and YES they HAD to wrap it up!(protection is a MUST!)..
Now, I know that after a while I would start to get friction burns 'down there' becuase the lubricant was rubbing off of the condom and everything down there was dry. Try buying some lubracant (Dont use just any lubracant. Some can make the condom break. KY is safe on condoms, so I'd get some of that)...
OR... you could have an allergy to the latex used in the condom! I'd call your 'lady' doctor and check it out..

You may be allergic to the material from which the condom is made or to the lube that you're using.
Try a different type of condom. I don't mean a different type or manufacturer, but a different material. Yes, there are non-latex condoms that are just as effective in preventing disease transmission as are the latex ones. Read the boxes of ask the pharmacist.

you mite be using the smaller size or not using it from the right direction with its oil to touch ur penis skin i think not sure, but try not fcuk a girl on their *** hole because thats a bit not too wide for condom to pass through gudluck

You could be allergic to latex. Have your doctor test you for latex allergy.
