It all started when Tony was arrested and was released so rapidly. She could not understand how this was possible. people who she dealt with would have been in jail for weeks. Tony was out in hours on a weapons charge. Then it all just disappeared as someone took the fall for him. She left AJ to get out before it got any worse. I also think the size of the diamond was intimidating. No pizza manager could afford a ring like that.

Because she didn't feel comfortable being in the AJ's family and she isn't the marrying kind. She didn't want a life of being the wife of a pizza manager. She wants a tough, thug like rich Spanish guy! Plus her family probably wanted her to be with Spanish guys! I dunno but AJ is a wimp!

I think when she realized what the family was all about it spooked her . I also think her Family told her to get out now for safety reasons and if anything went wrong they couldnt touch Golden boy or suffer certain death. She and her family knew the inevitable and she smartly got out .

YEAH I THINK ITS BECAUSE THOUGHT THAT AJ WAS LIKE HIS FATHER. LIKE LAST EPISODE WHEN THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT CARMELAS SPEC HOUSE AND THAT JUST 2 PEOPLE WERE GONNA BE STAYING THERE SHE SEEMED SHOCKED. SHE PROB THOUGHT HE WOULD FOLLOW IN HIS FATHERS FOOTSTEPS.
